CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request now that you reschedule or cancel your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your visit to avoid a 50% charge. Appointments that are missed without cancellation will result in a 100% charge that will be invoiced to you. You will not be able to reschedule with us until your outstanding invoice is paid.
